I recently traded in my vehicle and purchased a 2013 Malibu LS1. My pleasant experience began from the second I stepped out of my previous vehicle on the lot. I was Immediately greeted by my Sales Consultant, Matthew Rosa. He asked my reason for visiting the dealership and we began looking at cars shortly there after. Matt was extremely knowledgeable about every car we looked at, and he took his time to explain the features of every car in extreme detail. Not only was he knowledgable, but he was also comfortable giving me various options and alternative ideas, which I found helpful. After I decided on the model of car which best suited me, Matt took me out for a spin in my soon to be new car. Throughout the test drive he went into further detail about the different features of the car, and even pointed out small things like: retractable arm rests, the storage behind the radio, and many other small details featured in the car I would not otherwise would have noticed myself. After returning to the lot, Matt asked if I was happy with the test drive and made sure I was happy with the car before continuing with all the number crunching. While we were going over pricing and payment options, other members of your team were working quickly to get my truck valued. While they worked on the numbers I was offered a beverage and some snacks, which made my experience even more pleasant. Throughout my experience I felt as if not only Matt but the entire staff were motivated to provide a positive experience for me, as a customer, rather than just trying to sell another car off the lot. Matthew even helped me sort out my insurance, transferring it from Texas to Florida. I was then introduced to the financing agent to wrap up the deal on my new car. The Financing agent worked quickly and gave me accurate information and advice regarding the financial matters of the deal. He explained everything very well and made me feel extremely confident about my new purchase.
The most surprising part of my whole experience was that the good service did not stop when I was done signing my name across the paperwork. I was congratulated on my new purchase by management and even a few other salesmen. I was showed to my new Malibu and was given even more information about the car and all the customizable settings that are available through the radio. Matt made sure I understood everything about my new car, from the technical settings within the radio all the way down to how to simply lock and unlock the doors.
Overall my experience at Carl Black was extremely pleasant and enjoyable. The entirety of the staff I encountered were extremely nice. Matthew's knowledge and enthusiasm made my purchase fun, exciting. I look forward to returning to Carl Black in the future not only for regular maintenance and repairs but for purchases as well.
